Seniors for Climate, founded in 2024, is a Canada-wide community of seniors taking action on the climate crisis. Last year in our first action, 76 communities across Canada held a Seniors Day of Climate Action on October 1. Several thousand seniors and allies marched, sang, danced, and rallied from coast to coast to coast, demanding that our governments tackle fossil fuel pollution and support a just transition to clean, renewable energy. 

We’re excited to take action again on this Earth Day as we join together with so many caring groups committed to protecting our beautiful world and creating a livable future for generations to come.
